Sales Policy:
You must have a verified PayPal account to bid on or buy my items. You must also have a verified shipping address to bid on or buy my items. If you are buying or bidding on a used item ask enough questions to make sure you want the item. Used items are “as-is” and not returnable.
Large and heavy items:
Ask for shipping cost on heavy or over sized items prior to bidding or buying the item. When asking for a shipping quote I need your city, state, zip code and if it’s a residence or business. Also it may be cheaper for you to pick up the item at the truck freight terminal so state terminal pickup or address delivery. We will need a contact number for final arrangements after the sale for truck delivery.
Non payment or no feed back.
If you do not pay for a won item you will be blocked from my future sales or auctions If you do not leave feed back you will be blocked from future sales or auctions.
We will leave feed back as quickly as you make a payment and it clears.
Return Policy:
NEW Products must be returned in NEW condition unused resalable condition. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange or refund. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of The Hollister Road Company (THOROCO). Blown fuses, breakers and relays are not returnable burned up electrical and electronics are not returnable.
USED Items are “as-is” and are only returnable if it specifically states “Returnable” in that items specific auction. For used items you are encouraged to ask as many questions as needed to get the description of the items you are bidding on. You should also ask for extra pictures for items or areas of concern.
Returns that will not accepted and will be returned to you:
Greasy boxes or parts, carburetors, fuel pumps or fuel devices with gas in them. It is hazardous to ship with gasoline still in them. Transmissions, gear boxes, rear ends not drained and cleaned of outside oils and grease.
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You may request an RMA by emailing info@thoroco.com once granted you must ship prepaid with a tracking number.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are not refundable and buyer must Pre-Pay return shipping. No “COD” or “Freight Collect” will be accepted.

TARIFF INFORMATION
IMPORT TAX: There is a 6 percent goods and services tax (GST) applied on FOB + duty when importing to Canada. The duty for this Relay Kit is found under section 8536.41 20 00 of the Canadian Customs Schedule - It is 2.5%
Commercial shipments to the Eastern provinces of New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Nova Scotia are subject to an additional 8 percent provincial tax. Quebec and Ontario collect the 8 percent provincial tax however on personal shipments (not on commercial shipments). All Canadian taxes are applied on FOB.

FOB (freight on board) . A term used in shipping to refer to the place where the buyer becomes responsible for the shipment and the shipping charges. Example: If the buyer lives in Nova Scotia and buys a product F.O.B. Houston, TX, the buyer must pay the shipping charges from Houston Texas to Nova Scotia and is responsible for seeing that it is properly insured during that shipment.
